Mustafa Arlı is a visionary leader driven by a commitment to quality, patient-centered care, integrity, and innovation. With a double major in Economics and Sociology from Rutgers University, Mustafa began his career at Amazon, where he quickly established himself as a leader by managing a team of 100 and excelling in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
After his success at Amazon, Mustafa moved to Tesla as a Production Control Manager, where he led a team of 250, contributing to some of the automotive industry’s most significant projects. Currently, he consults in rocket operations at SpaceX, applying his expertise to push the frontiers of space exploration. Alongside his consulting work, Mustafa is passionately dedicated to revolutionizing the medical tourism industry by integrating his core values into healthcare, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient trust.
